Ford Transit Luton vans for sale

The Ford Transit Luton pairs the classic over-cab box body with the rear-wheel-drive Transit chassis cab, which suits the heavier end of removals and multi-drop work. We build them on the L4 and L5 chassis in single or twin rear wheel.

Our Transit Luton bodies are built at the Cardiff workshop from lightweight 14mm NAPS panels with an aerodynamic Luton pod, 22mm aluminium plank flooring, aluminium roller shutter, aluminium under-frame and extrusions in natural finish, a galvanised rear frame and a translucent roof for a bright load space.

Tail lifts, tie rails and liveries can all be added. Current stock is below; for a different length or spec, call 029 2079 2853.

Are these lightweight Luton bodies?

Yes. The Transit Lutons we build use 14mm NAPS lightweight panels and an aluminium under-frame to keep unladen weight down and payload up within the 3.5-tonne limit.

Which Transit chassis lengths do you offer?

The L4 at 4115mm and 4500mm, and the L5 at 5200mm, all rear-wheel drive. Other lengths can be built to order.

Can you fit a tail lift?

Yes. Column and cantilever lifts are fitted in-house and supplied fully certified.
