With the option to choose your vehicle or chassis from us, we offer a complete package. Our experienced sales staff can facilitate and manage your project from build to finish, making the process easier and more personal.
We encourage our customers to interact with us from start to finish, ensuring that the finished product is to their expectations. We’ll have our ideas and suggestions for your vehicle or conversion, but also want to hear your input – we want you to be pleased with the end result!

As well as constructing commercial vehicle bodies we can also convert commercial vehicles. Our additional services include plywood lining, shelving, windows, covert ANPR style vehicles, vehicle electrics, glass carrying racks and roof racks.
All work is carried out on site by our skilled workforce, with the additional benefit of an electrician to deal with vehicle electrics and conversions.

MANAGEMENT TEAM
Mark Lee
Director of Lonsdale Vehicle Contracts and Commercial Bodybuilders
Mark took on the role of Director in 2008 from his parents, who were the previous company directors having opened the company in 1980.
His day to day activities involve the co-ordinating, managing and liaising with both staff, suppliers and customers to make sure we constantly achieve the high standard that our customers expect.
Mark is married to Michaela, also a Director, and has a very sporty son, Josh. He loves playing golf and spending time with his family, doing outdoor activities and taking weekend breaks.
Dean Waite
Workshop Manager
Dean joined Lonsdale in 1995 as an apprentice and worked his way up to his current position of Workshop Manager. His role is to ensure that the workshop is running smoothly, efficiently and producing the best possible product for our customers.
Outside of work Dean likes socialising and keeping fit. Having recently become a father, he’s also enjoying spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
Michaela Lee
Director
After beginning her career in the banking sector, Michaela opened her own driving school which she ran successfully for 10 years. During this time, she met her husband Mark and became a Director of Lonsdale. As a Director, her role is to communicate with customers, suppliers and staff to ensure the whole operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
Michaela enjoys going to the gym and spending quality time with her family.
Kristy McCafferty
Accounts Manager
Kristy has been with Lonsdale for 11 years, having spent 20 years in similar roles elsewhere.
She’s a busy mother of two teenagers and so most of her time revolves around their sporting activities! When she does have some time to herself, she enjoys going to the gym and socialising with friends and family.
