Citroën Relay Luton vans for sale
The Citroën Relay is the chassis most of our Luton bodies go on: its low kerb weight leaves more payload for the load, which is why it is the removals and parcel favourite. We build the Relay Luton in two versions — a standard body in 11mm high-grade GRP, and a lightweight body in 14mm NAPS honeycomb panels.
Both are built at our Cardiff workshop with a single row of load-lock, an aerodynamic Luton pod, aluminium roller shutter, natural-finish corner pillars and a translucent roof. Body lengths run from 12ft to 16ft on the same chassis, and the standard and lightweight builds are priced separately below.
Lonsdale holds VCA type approval for the Citroën chassis, so every Relay Luton is certified and road-legal on delivery. For a tail lift, tie rails or a length not shown, call 029 2079 2853.

Common questions.
What is the difference between the standard and lightweight Relay Luton?
The standard body uses 11mm GRP panels with an 18mm container deck floor; the lightweight uses 14mm NAPS honeycomb panels, an aluminium under-frame and 22mm aluminium plank flooring, saving weight for payload. Both are built to the same 12ft–16ft lengths.
What body lengths can I have?
12ft, 13ft, 13.4ft, 14ft, 14.6ft, 15ft, 15.6ft and 16ft are the standard options on the Relay; the price for each is shown on the listing.
Is the conversion type approved?
Yes. Lonsdale holds VCA type approval for the Citroën chassis, so no further paperwork is needed before the van goes on the road.
